Student Central shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid to Student Central in the one month prior to the claim or INR 100, whichever is higher.

Refunds, if any, are considered only if services have not started and the issue is solely due to Student Central.
